How to read the values
- Positive values mean a high phase: strength, good mood or concentration come more easily.
- Negative values mean a recovery phase – not a “bad” day, but time to recharge.
- The arrow shows whether a curve is rising or falling. +40 % on the way up feels different from +40 % on the way down.
- Critical days are days on which a curve crosses the zero line. They are marked with a circle in the chart and highlighted in the daily summary.
